PLACEHOLDER — replace with lawyer-reviewed text before going live.
This page is draft placeholder copy for layout and translation only. It is not legal advice and has not been reviewed by counsel. Replace every section with lawyer-reviewed language before Lumina Labs launches publicly.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using Lumina Labs, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. We may update these terms from time to time and will note the effective date at the top of this page.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide an accurate email address and be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have consent from a parent or guardian. One person, one account.
3. Purchases and subscriptions
Lumina Labs offers a one-time single-course purchase and a monthly all-access subscription. Prices are shown at checkout and paid through Mercado Pago. The monthly subscription renews automatically each period and can be cancelled anytime from your account settings; cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to share your account, resell or redistribute course materials, scrape or bulk-download content, or attempt to circumvent access controls. You may use downloaded project code for your own learning and projects, but you may not republish our lessons or resell access to the platform.
5. Intellectual property and content ownership
All courses, text, visualizations, and platform code are the property of Lumina Labs or its licensors and are protected by copyright. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the content you have purchased or subscribed to. Code you write while completing exercises is yours.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The platform and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that completing a course will produce any particular career or financial outcome. To the extent permitted by law, Lumina Labs is not liable for indirect or incidental damages.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts of the City of Buenos Aires, Argentina, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under applicable law.
8. Contact
