1. Acceptance of these terms
Lumina Labs ("Lumina Labs", "we", "us") is an online learning platform operated from San Salvador de Jujuy, Argentina. By creating an account, accessing free content, or purchasing a course or subscription, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Your account
You need a free account to save progress, to continue past the free preview modules, and to make a purchase. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Lumina Labs; if you are a minor in your jurisdiction, you may only use the service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings, which permanently removes your personal data and progress.
3. Courses, subscriptions and pricing
We offer individual courses as one-time purchases (perpetual access to that course) and an all-access subscription billed monthly, which unlocks every course while the subscription is active. Module 0 and Module 1 of every course are free to preview without payment. All prices are charged in Argentine pesos (ARS); any amount shown in US dollars is an approximate reference only and the ARS amount is what is charged. Payments are processed by Mercado Pago; we do not receive or store your full card details. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time from your account; see our Refund Policy for how cancellations and refunds work.
4. Acceptable use
Course content is licensed to you for your own personal learning. You may not share, resell, redistribute, publicly post, or use automated means to scrape or download the paid course materials, nor share your account to give others access you have not paid for. You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, or attempt to bypass the access controls that protect paid content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Intellectual property
All course materials, text, code samples, visualizations, branding, and the platform itself are owned by Lumina Labs or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Buying a course grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access and learn from it; it does not transfer ownership. Code you write yourself while following a lesson is yours to use freely.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Lumina Labs is provided "as is" for educational purposes. We work hard to keep the content accurate and the service available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will lead to any particular career or financial outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under Argentine consumer-protection law that cannot be waived.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina, and any dispute will be subject to the courts of San Salvador de Jujuy, Argentina, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights that entitle you to bring a claim in your place of residence. We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
